Mark Miller
Chief Executive Officer

Mark Miller began his career with Farm Credit in 1989 as a loan officer in South Texas. Throughout his 35-year career he’s held pivotal roles including Chief Operation Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and ultimately Chief Executive Officer. As a graduate of both Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, and the Texas Agricultural Lifetime Leadership program, Mark brings integrity, a wealth of knowledge, and a strong agricultural background.

Heath Gattis
Chief Operating Officer

Heath Gattis was employed by the Association in November of 2010 and was elevated to his current role in December of 2023.  Mr. Gattis previously served as the chief financial officer (CFO) from May 2018 until November 2023.  He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Finance from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, in 1992. He has worked in the banking industry for 30 years with experience in state bank supervision and auditing, CEO of a community bank, and roles in credit administration, credit underwriting, compliance, and direct lending.

Stephanie King
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. King has more than 30 years of banking experience as Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and bank examiner.  

Mike Fuller
Chief Credit Officer

Mike Fuller is a seasoned banking professional with almost 40 years of experience, specializing in agricultural financing. Mike has been part of the Farm Credit System since 1997, following a 12-year tenure in commercial banking. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, Mike further honed his expertise by completing his studies at The Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU. Beyond banking, Mike and his wife Jina reside in Tyler, Texas near their three grown daughters, and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren during their frequent family gatherings.

Brian Harris
SVP Credit Review & Policy Development

Prior to moving to the credit review team, Mr. Harris served as Regional Vice President for Heritage Land Bank. Mr. Harris has more than 35 years of Farm Credit lending experience.

Austin Nowicki
Chief Information Officer

Austin Nowicki was promoted to Chief Information Officer in 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Nowicki served as Vice President of Information Technology for Heritage Land Bank. Mr. Nowicki has more than 15 years of experience with information systems.
