William "Bill" Tandy
Chief Executive Officer
William M. Tandy, a native of Montana, grew up in the country and has been in the banking industry for 35 years, serving as a bank president and CEO for nearly 25 of those years. Previously in his career, he served as CEO of two North Texas banks. He has extensive experience in raising capital and reducing problem assets, while maintaining and developing new business. Bill has a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Montana. He and his wife, Susan, have four children.
Richard Gallagher
Chief Credit Officer
Dr. Richard Gallagher has extensive experience in agricultural lending and education with over 24 years in the Farm Credit System holding positions as loan officer, credit reviewer, and senior commercial loan officer. He also has 5 years experience as a teaching assistant and assistant professor at Texas A&M University in the department of Agricultural Economics. Gallagher received his BS in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University, his MBA from Southwest Texas State University, and his PhD in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University in 2000. Gallagher and his wife, Kelly, have two daughters.
Kenya Francis
Chief Financial Officer
Kenya Francis began her career with Heritage Land Bank in May 1999, serving as an administrative assistant, accounting assistant, accounting manager, controller and was promoted to chief financial officer in September 2011. Kenya attended the University of Texas at Austin and later the University of Texas at Tyler where she completed her BBA in accounting. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society, and has served as a volunteer for Junior Achievement of Tyler and as auditor for the Farm Credit Business and Professional Women. She and her husband, Samuel, have two children.
